As Director of Construction, Matt leads Charter’s team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and participants in the LEAD Program, while also overseeing the company’s equipment and facilities. His leadership spans the full spectrum of project delivery, from field operations to project management, ensuring that Charter’s work is executed safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality across all disciplines.

Throughout his career with Charter, Matt has deepened his expertise by working side by side with field teams, gaining firsthand insight into the technical challenges, day-to-day operations, and safety considerations that define complex construction projects. This experience provided him with a well-rounded perspective that now informs his leadership of project delivery at scale.
