Lisa Arseneault
Preconstruction Manager
Preconstruction Manager
As Preconstruction Manager, Lisa serves as a liaison between the Estimating, Proposal and Business Development groups, and the point of contact for external clients, coordinating the pursuit of all of Charter’s new opportunities, and the preconstruction activities that they require. In this crucial role, she manages everything from tracking new leads, to managing internal action items, and transitioning projects from the preconstruction to execution stage.
“I enjoy being able to think on my feet to provide solutions to the challenges that are presented with each new opportunity, and I like the competitive nature of this role – especially when we win new projects or are told that a client was impressed with our proposal.”
Lisa’s attention to detail and reliability are among the reasons that Charter consistently receives positive feedback on our first-rate proposal and bid submissions, and she’s constantly finding ways to improve our processes, ensuring that we’re always putting Charter’s best foot forward. She’s integrated into many different internal teams at Charter, and excels at collaborating with each group, while anticipating the requirements of each preconstruction deliverable. Lisa also serves as Charter’s Small Business Liaison Officer, managing subcontractor and vendor data and verifying compliance.
Lisa’s prior experience includes marketing and proposal management roles at a local engineering firm, after earning a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from Ithaca College. In her spare time, Lisa loves to travel to new destinations with her husband and spends the summer months exploring the New England beaches.
