As Director of Project Development, Alasdair plays a leading role in shaping Charter’s development portfolio. He manages various fixed facility projects including landfill closures and redevelopment initiatives and also serves as the Brownfield lead for Charter on various projects, bringing his expertise in structuring and advancing complex redevelopment projects to high-impact community efforts.

Since joining the Development team, Alasdair has been instrumental in structuring, closing, and implementing several development-led projects, helping to transform underutilized properties into revitalized community assets. His work reflects a balance of technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate the interests of diverse stakeholders.

Alasdair is recognized for the energy he brings to each assignment, his polished communication style, and his ability to drive alignment across partners, regulators, and community stakeholders.
