On September 15th, Charter’s Alasdair Cunningham led a tour of our Muddy River site for the Society of Military Engineers Young Members group (SAME YM).
Alasdair started the tour with a brief yet detailed over view of this massive daylighting project in Boston’s bustling Fenway area. The group was then shown around the site at the end of the work day, getting a glimpse into this multi-phase project which involves replacing narrow culverts and improving the natural flow of the river to alleviate flood risks.
The group then headed down to Boston’s Yardhouse for some networking. Overall it was another great SAME event and Charter was excited to be able to share the hard work our crew is doing at the Muddy River site! You can learn more about the Muddy River Flood Risk Management Project here.
