Charter’s Federal Sales Manager, Tim Ashmore, is driven by the company’s impact on both the natural and the manmade environment. Every day, he’s able to witness this impact, as he delivers value-based remediation and construction solutions to Federal Clients.

In this role, Tim works to understand stakeholders’ needs before the project begins. He works on behalf of Customers to guarantee their needs are met and project results are exceptional.
To that end, Tim develops a customized team, approach, and pricing for each project and identifies strategic partnerships that will add value to Clients’ projects. As a result of this work, Charter is able to continuously support the missions of its Federal Clients, and provide opportunities for Charter’s employees to work on high profile projects supporting the infrastructure and environmental integrity of our country.
Before working for Charter, Tim was employed by a 10,000-employee contractor that primarily served the Department of Defense, pursuing large-scale base operations projects. Subsequently he worked at a large heavy civil and marine contractor that routinely pursued civil and remediation projects ranging from $1M to $100M. Through this experience he gained exposure to world-class processes as well as an understanding of Federal agencies, and how evaluators make decisions—insight that he continues to use in his role at Charter.
