Project Executive, New England Region
Paul Bertolino takes building client relationships seriously. As Charter’s project executive, he works to create trust and respect with clients. As a result, repeat business is common for Charter, but never taken for granted.
“Hard work, honesty and treating people fairly go a long way in building relationships.”
Paul started with Charter in 2007 as a project manager and has worked his way through the ranks to his current position as principal and project executive. In this role, he’s not only the primary point of contact with our clients, but he also guides project teams through each phase of a job—from opportunity identification through closeout. He’s also responsible for managing job schedules and budgets.
With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, Paul has worked with clients in both the private and government sectors. This experience has given him an understanding of Charter’s diversity of work as well as many different client needs. With the support of team members who are always eager to learn and grow, Paul is equipped to resolve even the most complex issues for our clients and create client relationships that last.
