Women in Construction Week

“Who Run the World? GIRLS!”.
Meet some of the amazing women at Charter who are crushing the stereotype that construction is a man’s industry. These incredible women are making a significant impact in the construction industry and we are so proud to have them as a part of our team.

Katherine Mason, Project Manager
For the past 11 years Katherine has been working in the construction industry managing large-scale environmental dredging and land reclamation projects. Her in-depth knowledge has been a tremendous asset to the Charter Team, helping us to execute projects successfully for clients.

Nicole Barthelmes, Laborer
Nicole has been with the Charter team since 2014 working in the field as a laborer and is currently working on one of our most high-profile projects. As a member of our Safety Steering Committee, she has shown a strong commitment to our safety culture and willingness to go above and beyond.

Monica DeCicco, Project Engineer
Upon graduating from the University of New Hampshire, Monica entered our LEAD rotational program. She quickly became a vital team member with her positive attitude and aptitude for learning new skill sets. Though she has only been at Charter for less than a year, she has already shown that she is a force to be reckoned with.

Meghan Clifford, Sr. Project Engineer
From working on a drillship off the coast of Louisiana, to ensuring on-site safety of land-based crews, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge to the Charter team. The expertise she has gained over the past 9 years in the industry allows us to provide innovative, safe, and cost-effective solutions to our clients.

We are thrilled to celebrate women in Construction Week by recognizing these phenomenal women.
