Charter Named to Boston Globe’s 2017 Top Places to Work

Over the last ten years, The Boston Globe has annually compiled a list of Boston’s Top Places to Work. Charter is proud and excited to announce that we have once again been named to this prestigious list of Boston’s Best.

On Thursday, November 16th, the honorees gathered for the list’s reveal at the Innovation and Design Center in Boston’s Seaport District. The annual event recognizes employer efforts to exceed the norms of a typical work environment, and push the envelope to create an environment where employees thrive. These companies provide learning and training opportunities that stimulate personal growth, offer added incentives to reward hard work, and create a culture that truly promotes a work-life balance.

Over 75,000 workers and 334 companies participated in the Globe’s process this year, involving a comprehensive and anonymous employee engagement survey. The survey focuses on various functions and groups within an organization, including management, training, direction, and job satisfaction. Participant companies are categorized by size with Charter competing in the medium-size category (100-249 employees).

Of all the awards Charter receives, this is the most meaningful, because this award recognizes Charter’s greatest asset— our people. It is their hard work, dedication, creativity and positivity that drive OUR success. Thank you, Charter Team, for once again making us a Top Place to Work!

Congratulations to all awardees! We are honored to be recognized alongside you!
